Your data security is important. Room to Bloom Therapies’ laptop is password protected, complete with up-to-date anti-virus and privacy software. Any documents with your personal information on are kept in password protected files and these are only accessible by the founder, and one other person. This is only to be accessed by the other person should there be a concern over personal safety when visiting clients. We keep up to date with GDPR and data security regulations. The founder audits their own data compliance annually. Although robust security measures are in place, it is recognised that no online service is impenetrable.
